Uchechi Amudipe

Uchechi Amudipe is the Dean of Students at Mount Pleasant High School with over 20 years of experience in public education. She holds a Master of Business Administration from Eastern University in Pennsylvania and a dual Bachelor of Arts in Economics and International Studies from The American University in Washington, D.C.

Mrs. Amudipe is the 2023 Brandywine School District Teacher of the Year. She sees education as the great equalizer when it is delivered through an equity lens, empowering students in their learning experiences.

Professor Mobolanle Ogunlewe

Prof. Mobolanle Ogunlewe is the first female oral and maxillofacial surgeon in Nigeria and a professor at the College of Medicine, University of Lagos. She has over 30 years of experience in the field of dentistry and oral surgery, and has published several papers on topics such as cleft lip and palate, oral cancer, and dental implants. She is also a member of various professional associations, such as the Nigerian Dental Association, the International Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, and the West African College of Surgeons. Prof. Ogunlewe is passionate about improving the oral health and quality of life of people in Nigeria and beyond, especially those affected by congenital or acquired facial deformities. She is also involved in community outreach and advocacy programs to raise awareness and prevent sexual violence in rural areas.
